Refund policy

We do not accept returns. However, we do accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of order. Customer is responsible for shipping charges in and out.

Due to the nature and quality of the fabric that we provide, and in an effort to meet our order delivery timeline, fabrics are cut to the required pillowcase sizes within 12 hours of order receipt. Pending orders can be cancelled and full refund issues if they are cancelled within 12hours of order placement. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.
